One Place for Your Day's Work

Outreach now sits properly inside Evo - the tasks your campaigns raise flow through to Evo Tasks alongside the rest of your work, with scheduled tasks easy to tell apart from the ones due now.

Replies to your campaign emails also surface in your Evo Feed, and you choose which mailboxes do that from the Email Integration settings where you manage the mailbox itself. Signing in through Access Identity carries your identity across both, so there is one account and one sign-in behind everything you do.

Right Details, Consistent Wording: Merge tags and campaign defaults follow the same work or personal rule your campaign sends on, so the details inside a message match the person who received it. Templates, the Content Library and Quick Start use the same audience wording as the rest of the product, and messages that pointed at actions no longer in the product have been reworded.

​Integrations and Interface: Activity written back to your CRM lands on the right record, connecting a mailbox or CRM returns you to where you started, dialogs open centred and fully reachable at normal zoom, and list filters return the rows you asked for.
