✨ What's New

  1. Send Campaigns on another's behalf

    Choose Who Sends Each Campaign
Campaign setup and sending can now be configured separately when that suits your team. You can now choose the person a campaign comes from, whether that is a colleague on your team, a consultant, or someone who's not yet join the platform.
    How it works:

    • Turn on Sender access: Open Integrations settings and turn on Allow campaign owners to send emails from my mailbox. This permission stays on for future campaigns and can be withdrawn at any time

    • Choose the Sender: On Step 3 of the campaign wizard, choose the colleague or consultant whose mailbox should send the campaign. This option becomes available once Sender access and the mailbox connection are set up.

    • Invite someone who does not use Outreach: Send a single-use invitation. They authorise their Google or Microsoft mailbox through the link, and that authorisation can be used for future campaigns without creating an Outreach account.
They will receive a launch notice each time a campaign launches using their mailbox, including the campaign name, Campaign Owner, audience and lead count, plus the same link you can use to withdraw access later.

    • Manage pending access: An invitation expires after seven days. While it is pending, campaigns remain drafts and show why they are waiting. You can cancel the invitation or send a new one with a fresh seven-day window.

    • Respect withdrawal: The same invitation link used to authorise the mailbox remains available afterwards as the Sender’s withdrawal link, so they can remove mailbox access later without logging in to Outreach or contacting the Campaign Owner.

āš ļø Compliance reminder : Only admins can use this feature as in Step 3. Before you send on behalf of a consultant, confirm that your organisation is authorised to use the consultant's mailbox and has separately assessed the lawful basis and marketing rules that apply to the campaign. Outreach manages the mailbox permission, invitation expiry and withdrawal process, and records key access actions. These controls support your compliance process, but mailbox authorisation alone does not establish a lawful basis for the campaign or replace your organisation's own review.

  2. Minor Improvements & Fixes

Campaign and Audience Improvements: Creating campaigns, importing audiences and viewing lead details now work more reliably across campaign, audience and lead management workflows. Lead statuses and search behaviour are clearer, with fewer interruptions when refreshing data or loading campaign details.

General Improvements: Related areas are grouped more clearly in the navigation, with security and platform reliability improvements across the experience.
