How to access the platform, sign in securely, and understand role-based permissions.

Overview

This section explains how users gain access to the platform, authenticate, and what permissions are available based on their role.

⚠️ Important: Permissions vary by role and determine which features and data you can access.


Invitation

New users receive an email invitation containing:

  • Login credentials.

  • Link to the Access Automate Outreach platform.

Authentication

Login Screen

  1. Navigate to the platform URL provided in the invitation email.

  2. Enter the credentials provided.

  3. Access the platform.


Authorization

Access Automate Outreach supports two user roles with distinct permissions:

USER

Create/edit own campaigns, sequences, content; Execute own tasks; View own analytics.

Personal metrics only

COMPANY ADMIN

All USER permissions plus: Manage team members; Configure integrations; View company-wide analytics.
