This section explains how users gain access to the platform, authenticate, and what permissions are available based on their role.

Invitation
New users receive an email invitation containing:
Login credentials.
Link to the Access Automate Outreach platform.
π Note: Invitation emails are unique to each user and cannot be reused.
Authentication
Navigate to the platform URL provided in the invitation email.
Enter the credentials provided.
Access the platform.
Authorization
Access Automate Outreach supports two user roles with distinct permissions:

COMPANY ADMIN | All USER permissions plus: Manage team members; Configure integrations; View company-wide analytics. | Personal or Company-wide (toggle) |
