Overview
The Dashboard provides a consolidated view of your outreach performance at a glance. It's your command center for tracking campaign health, monitoring key metrics, and quickly accessing common actions.
Metrics Displayed
The following metrics are displayed over the selected time range:
Total Campaigns: Total number of campaigns created.
Active Campaigns: Number of campaigns currently running.
Total sent: Total number of materials sent (Emails, SMS, etc.) to leads.
Open rate: Percentage of materials sent that were opened by recipients.
Response Rate: Percentage of sent materials that received a reply from recipients.
Goals Achieved: Percentage of campaigns that met their defined success criteria/targets.

The Dashboard provides several key features to help you stay on top of your outreach activities:
Quick Actions: One-click access to your most common tasks—Create Campaign, Create Sequence, and View Analytics—so you can jump straight into action.
Upcoming Tasks: Displays your top 5 pending manual tasks (phone calls, LinkedIn connections) sorted by priority and due date. Click any task to open the execution modal directly.
Recent Activity: A timeline of the last 5 outreach events across all campaigns, including emails sent, SMS delivered, calls completed, and sequence milestones. This helps you track what's happening in real-time.
