Overview
The Sequence Builder is a visual drag-and-drop interface for creating multi-channel outreach sequences with conditional logic. It uses a flow-based canvas where users can add steps, connect them, and define branching paths based on contact engagement.
Node Types - Add Node
Click the + button on any node to open the Add Step popup. Choose the type of step to add to your sequence.
Email Node – Automated
Send automated email with branching capabilities based on recipient engagement.
Properties:
Field | Required | Description |
From Email | Yes | Enter a custom email address under the system domain (@theaccessgroup.com) |
Display Name | No | Name shown to recipients |
Content Library | Yes | Select from Email Template in Content Library |
Track Reply Emails | No | Toggle to enable tracking email replies from recipients |
Reply-To | No | Shows if “Track Reply Emails” is toggled on. Is the email address that the lead replies to |
Attachments | No | Add file attachments to the email |
Wait Time | Yes | Wait time for a lead status to move from email delivered to “No response” Default: 1 week |
Test Section | No | Send a test email to the input email address to verify your configuration before activating the sequence. |
Branching Outcomes:
Replied - Contact responded to the email.
Opened Email - Contact opened but did not reply.
Pending - Awaiting response.
No Response - Contact did not respond within timeframe.
SMS Node – Automated
Send an automated SMS message to the Lead’s mobile number.
Properties:
Field | Required | Description |
Content Library | Yes | Select from SMS Template in Content Library. |
SMS Content | Yes | Load if a SMS Template is selected, allow editing. |
Wait Time | Yes | Wait time for a lead status to move from SMS delivered to “No response” Default: 1 week. |
Test Section | No | Send a test SMS to the inputted phone number to verify your configuration before activating the sequence. |
Branching Outcomes:
Replied — Contact responded to the SMS.
Pending — Awaiting response.
Phone Call Node – Manual
Create a manual outbound call task assigned to the campaign owner. Task appears in the Tasks module for execution.
Properties:

Execution Window | Yes | Sets the deadline timeframe for when a task must be completed |
Call Notes | No | Load if a Phone Script Template is selected, allow editing |
Branching Outcomes:
Depends on the user selected outcome of the Task, the lead will be moved to the corresponding branch:
Engaged.
Pending.
Not Interested.
No Response.
LinkedIn Node – Manual
Properties:

Content Library | No | Select from LinkedIn Connection Request Message Template in Content Library |
Execution Window | Yes | Sets the deadline timeframe for when a task must be completed |
Call Notes | No | Load if a Connection Request Message Template is selected, allow editing |
Branching Outcomes:
Depends on the user selected outcome of the Task, the lead will be moved to the corresponding branch:
Completed.
Skipped.
Wait Node – Automated
Pause the sequence for a specified duration before proceeding to the next step.
Properties:
Field | Required | Description |
Delay Duration | Yes | Numeric value specifying how long to pause before executing the next sequence step. |
Delay Unit | Yes | Defines the time measurement for Delay Duration Default value: Hours. |
