Task Listing
Overview
This section provides a centralized hub for managing manual outreach tasks created by your sequences.
Tasks include phone calls and LinkedIn connections that require direct user action.
The Tasks module helps you track pending actions, execute outreach, and log outcomes to keep your campaigns progressing.
Metrics Displayed
Total Tasks.
Pending Tasks: Total tasks awaiting execution.
Completed Tasks: Tasks finished in the selected time range (Last 7 days).
Overdue Tasks: Tasks past their due date.
Tasks List
Tasks display in table or card view with the following information:
Field | Description |
Type Icon | Phone Call or LinkedIn Connection. |
Lead Name/ Company | Lead basic information. |
Campaign | The campaign this task belongs to. |
Due Date | The deadline for task completion. Red highlighting indicates the task is overdue. |
Priority | High, Medium, or Low. |
Execute Button | Click to open the task execution modal. |
Sorting & Filtering: By default, tasks are sorted by priority (High β Medium β Low), then by due date (earliest first). You can filter by Type (Phone/LinkedIn), Status (Pending/Completed), and Priority, or search by contact name.

Phone Call Task
Lead Information:
Contact name, job title, company, and location.
Phone number (click-to-call link that opens your phone app).
Associated campaign name for context.
Notes:
Add internal notes about the lead (e.g., "Candidate interested in Java developer role, willing to interview").
Autosaves.
Phone Script:
You can choose between Custom (from your Content Library) or AI-Generated.
Custom: A pre-built script template selected when the sequence was created, with merge tags (like {{firstName}} and {{company}}) automatically filled with the contact's information.
AI-Generated: The system creates a personalized script based on the lead's details and campaign information (title, description, goal). More detailed campaign information produces more tailored scripts.
Select Outcome:
Engaged - TBA.
Pending - TBA.
Not Interested - TBA.
No Response - TBA.
LinkedIn Connection Task
Lead Information:
Contact name, job title, company, and location.
LinkedIn Profile link, Email.
Associated campaign name for context.
Notes:
Add internal notes about the lead (e.g., "Candidate interested in Java developer role, willing to interview").
Autosaves.
Connection Message:
You can choose between Custom (from your Content Library) or AI-Generated.
Custom: A pre-built connection message template selected when the sequence was created, with merge tags (like {{firstName}} and {{company}}) automatically filled with the contact's information.
AI-Generated: The system creates a personalized connection message based on the lead's details and campaign information (title, description, goal). More detailed campaign information produces more tailored messages.
You can edit the message before or after sending.
Quick Action:
Open LinkedIn Profile.
Always copy selected message check box.
Skip Task.
Mark Task as Completed.
