Campaign Listing
Overview
The Campaigns screen is the central management interface for all outreach campaigns. It provides a consolidated view of campaign performance, enables quick actions, and serves as the starting point for creating new campaigns.
Metrics Displayed
Active Campaigns: Number of campaigns currently running.
Contacts Reached: Cumulative contacts engaged across all campaigns.
Response Rate: Percentage of positive responses to delivered messages.
Goals Achieved: Total goals completed across campaigns.
Campaign List
Campaigns display in table or card view with the following information:
Field | Description |
Campaign | Campaign Name. |
Status | Active, Paused, Completed, Draft. |
Owner | Campaign creator. |
Data Source | Vincere, Bullhorn, AR CRM, Access DataVault, or Data Upload. |
Entity Type | Candidate or Client. |
Objective Title | Campaign description. |
Channels | Icons indicating active channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Phone, LinkedIn). |
Actions | View, Edit, Pause/Resume, Delete. |
β οΈ Important: Data source, entity type, and target audience cannot be changed after a campaign is launched.
π Note: Pausing a campaign stops all outreach activity without resetting progress.
