Integrations Module

Before you can launch campaigns or sync contact data, you will need to connect your external tools. The Integrations module connects Access Automate Outreach to your CRMs, email providers, communication channels, and scheduling tools to streamline your workflow and automate data synchronization.

Integration Types

CRM

Connect your Applicant Tracking System or CRM to use existing candidate and client data as your campaign audience, includes: Vincere, ARCRM, and Bullhorn.

Email

Link your email provider to send automated outreach and track engagement (opens, clicks, replies). Including: Microsoft Outlook, GMail, and SendGrid.

Communication

Enable SMS and messaging channels for multi-touch sequences. Including: Twilio and Whatsapp (coming soon).

Meeting Scheduling

Allow contacts to book meetings directly from your outreach. Including: Calendly (Coming Soon) and Microsoft Teams (Coming Soon).
