Access Automate Outreach includes two library pages, Sequence Templates and Content Library, where you manage the reusable building blocks behind your campaigns. Both libraries are accessible from the sidebar and feed directly into the Quick Start page and the Campaign Wizard.
Sequence Templates
The Sequence Templates library holds all the multi-step sequences available when creating a campaign. It is split into two sections:
Your sequences: sequences you've created and saved. Displayed in a sortable, filterable table.
System sequences: ready-made sequences provided by Access Automate Outreach. These are read-only but can be copied into your own library with one click.
From your sequences table you can:
Use a sequence â apply it directly when creating a new campaign.
Duplicate a sequence â create a copy to modify without affecting the original.
Delete a sequence â remove sequences you no longer need.
đ¤ Tip: Copy a system sequence into your library as a starting point, then customise the steps, timing, and message content to match your outreach style.
Content Library
The Content Library holds individual message templates across all your channels, email, SMS, and any other channels your account supports. Like Sequence Templates, it is divided into your own templates and a read-only set of system templates.
From the Content Library you can:
Preview a message template inline without opening a separate editor.
Edit your own templates directly from the library row.
Copy a system template into your own library to customise it.
Delete templates you no longer use.
How templates flow into campaigns
Templates from both libraries are available at two points in your campaign workflow:
On the Quick Start page â when choosing a sequence template to base your campaign on.
On Step 3 of the Campaign Wizard â when selecting or swapping out individual message steps.
Changes you make to a template in the library are not retroactively applied to campaigns already using that template â each campaign holds its own copy of the sequence at the time it was created.
