The Quick Start page gives you a guided path from a blank screen to a ready-to-edit campaign draft. Instead of configuring everything from scratch, you pick a template, preview the sequence, and land in the Campaign Wizard with the title, description, and steps already in place.
Opening Quick Start
Select Create from the sidebar. This opens the Quick Start page, which is your starting point for all new campaigns.
Choose your starting point
The template gallery shows all available sequence templates. Use the filters to narrow by audience type or data source to find sequences suited to your campaign goal:
System templates are ready-made sequences provided by Access Automate Outreach.
Your own saved sequences also appear here once you've created them.
Filter by audience or data source to surface the most relevant options quickly.
Preview the sequence
Click a template to open it in the Sequence Builder. Every step is already in place, email steps, SMS steps, delays, and conditions, so you can read through the full flow and the message content before committing to it.
đ¤ Tip: Use the preview to check that the tone, channel mix, and number of touchpoints suit your audience before creating the campaign.
Create the campaign
When you're happy with the template, click Create Campaign. The Campaign Wizard opens with the title, description, and sequence already set from the template. From there you:
Review the pre-filled title and description and edit them if needed.
Choose your target audience and data source.
Set your timing and sending schedule.
Confirm your sending mailbox and integration status.
Launch.
You are not locked into the template's content. Every step, message, and setting can be edited in the wizard before you launch.
Starting from scratch
If none of the templates suit your needs, you can still create a blank campaign directly from the Campaign Wizard without selecting a template.
