Create and manage reusable outreach templates across all communication channels.

The Content Library is a centralized repository for storing and maintaining reusable templates used in sequences and campaigns.


View Existing Content

  1. Go to the Content Library module from the main navigation.

  2. Switch between table or card view to review available templates.


Create New Content

  1. Click Create Content, then select the content type.

  2. Choose the appropriate editor and save the template.


Edit or Update Templates

  1. Select a template to open it in the editor.

  2. Make updates, then save your changes.
