Manage Campaigns quick start

View, manage, and take action on all outreach campaigns in one place.

The Campaigns module is the central workspace for monitoring campaign status, performance, and lifecycle actions across your outreach activity.


Review the Campaigns List

  1. Go to the Campaigns module from the main navigation.

  2. Switch between table or card view to review campaign status, owner, channels, and performance.


Take Action on a Campaign

  1. Select a campaign to open its details.

  2. Use available actions to view, edit, pause, resume, or delete the campaign.

⚠️ Important: Data source, entity type, and target audience cannot be changed after a campaign is launched.


Pause or Resume a Campaign

  1. Select an active campaign and click Pause.

  2. Click Resume to continue the campaign from the same step.
