✨ What's New

  1. People Data Labs

Find New Prospects Beyond Your CRM/ATS

People Data Labs gives you access to 800M+ verified professional profiles, each packed with career history and contact details. Use it to:

    • Search for net-new candidates or clients by job title, skills, location, industry, or company

    • Enrich existing contacts by fixing bounced emails, filling in missing numbers, and closing data gaps

    • Reduce wasted outreach by only targeting contacts your campaigns can actually reach

The best way to see the value? Just try it. Head to campaign creation, pick People Data Labs as your data source, and launch your first campaign.

    • In Step 1 (Campaign Basics), set your Data Source to People Data Labs.

    • In Step 3 (Target Audience), set your Max Prospect Preview Results (we recommend leaving this as default for your first few attempts), fill in your Ideal Audience Profile search criteria, then hit Search Prospects in the bottom right.

From there, you can cherry-pick leads and add them directly to your campaign without ever leaving the platform.

  2. Extend Audience Targeting Capabilities

    Candidate & Contact Status Filter
The Target Audience builder now supports candidate and contact status as filter criteria. You can include or exclude records based on their current status in Vincere, giving you sharper audience control before a campaign goes live.

    Candidate & Contact Owner Filter
You can now filter your campaign audience by Candidate Owner or Client Owner. Select one or more Vincere users (recruiters/consultants) to narrow your audience to records they own.

Vincere Talent Pool & Distribution List Filters

When building a campaign audience, you can now filter by Vincere Talent Pool/ Distribution List directly in the Create Campaign flow (Step 3). This removes the need to export lists manually β€” your Vincere segments flow straight into Outreach as a campaign source.

  3. Know Exactly Why a Lead Paused or Completed

Lead Status Tooltips: Hover over any lead's status in the Leads table to see a plain-language explanation. Each tooltip explains the current state in plain language β€” whether it's a missing integration, unverified domain, contact data gap, template issue, runtime error, or completion reason β€” so you can quickly identify and resolve issues without guessing.

  4. Your Voice Matters πŸŽ€πŸ‘‚

    Outreach Ideas Portal

The app header now features a direct link to the Outreach Ideas Portal. Submit new ideas or vote on existing ones to help shape what we build next.

    Feature Sentiment

We've added in-app feedback signals across key features to help us understand how customers are experiencing Outreach. You may see lightweight prompts asking for a quick thumbs-up or thumbs-down on specific interactions. This data feeds directly into our prioritisation process.

  5. Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements

    Attachments in Email Sequence Steps

Email steps in a sequence now support PDF file attachments. You can attach one or more PDFs (e.g. company brochures, job descriptions) directly to any email step, and they'll be delivered to recipients as part of the outreach.

    Campaigns / Data Upload

Full lead list was not importing correctly from Data Upload β€” resolved.

    24-Hour Timezone Display

Campaign timing (Step 4) now displays timezones with UTC offset (e.g. "London GMT+01:00") instead of just the timezone name.

    Filter Activity Log by Lead

The Activity Log now lets you filter by a specific contact or candidate. No more scrolling through the full log to find one person's activity β€” just filter and see everything relevant to them at a glance.

Remove / Hide Steps from Activity Log

You can now hide specific sequence steps from the Activity Log view. Great for longer sequences where not every step needs to show up during day-to-day review.

Draft Sequence Warning When Activating a Campaign

If the sequence linked to a campaign is still in Draft, you'll now see a clear warning to publish it before activating. The Activate button stays disabled until the sequence is live β€” so no campaign goes out with incomplete steps.
