  1. Search by Vincere Talent Pool and Distribution List

    Reach Pre-Built Groups Instantly

    Create campaigns directly from your Vincere Talent Pools (for candidate campaigns) and Distribution Lists (for client campaigns). No more rebuilding search criteria from scratch when you already have the right groups defined in your CRM. Select a pool or list from the dropdown in Step 3 of the campaign wizard, and the system pulls in all matching prospects automatically.

  2. Candidate & Client Status Filters

    Clean Data, No Duplicate Contacts Landing in Your CRM

    Filter your Vincere audience by candidate or client status directly within the campaign builder. Target only active, passive, or any custom status (i.e. "Do Not Contact") your CRM supports - with both Include and Exclude options. Status values load dynamically from your Vincere tenant, including any custom statuses you've configured.

  3. CRM Duplicate Detection

    Filter Your Audience by CRM Status

    The system automatically checks whether cherry-picked prospects - from both Access DataVault and Vincere - already exist in your Vincere CRM. The check runs at two points: during campaign creation (Step 3, before launch) and continuously during the campaign run (Campaign Details page). Matching uses a confidence-tiered approach: exact email match, LinkedIn URL, or a combination of name, location, and job title. Duplicate leads are flagged and paused, with a review banner on the Campaign Details page so you can decide what to do with them.

  4. Prospect Enrichment

    Reach More Prospects, Even When CRM Data Is Incomplete

    Automatically fill in missing contact details - phone numbers and email addresses - for prospects in your campaign using People Data Labs. Run enrichment in bulk across selected leads or one at a time. Credits are only deducted when a match is found; no charge on failure.

  5. Enriched Data Sync to CRM

    Your CRM Stays Up to Date as Outreach Discovers New Data

    Once a lead is enriched, push the newly discovered emails and phone numbers back to Vincere automatically. If the lead does not exist in your CRM, the system creates a new record. If they already exist, it updates the existing one. A sync status column on the lead table shows progress per contact: Not Synced, Syncing, Synced, or Error.

  6. Unsubscribe MergeTags in Templates

    Compliant Emails With Zero Manual Effort From Your Team

    Insert a compliant unsubscribe link directly into any email template via merge tags. Recipients get a one-click opt-out, and the platform handles suppression automatically. If you save a template without an unsubscribe tag, a warning prompts you to add one before using it in a campaign.

  7. Compliance Centre

    Built-In GDPR and Email Compliance, No Workarounds Needed

    A dedicated compliance hub covering unsubscribe management, bounced and invalid email lists, and global suppression settings. View, search, filter, and export your unsubscribe list. Manually add contacts or import them in bulk. Every record shows the source (opted out, manual, imported), scope (global or campaign), and date.
