✨ What's New

  1. Free Search, Pay for Results

We've simplified credits so you spend on results, not exploration.

    • PDL Searches Are Free: Searching for prospects in PDL no longer costs credits. Browse as broadly as you want before committing.

    • Pay Only for Successful Enrichment: Each successful enrichment costs only 0.5 credits. Failed enrichments are not charged.

  2. Stronger Compliance Across Every Campaign

Compliance is now end to end across unsubscribes, opt-outs, GDPR, and Vincere sync.

    • Unsubscribe Link in Every Email: Every campaign email now have to carry an unsubscribe link. Recipients confirm in one click on a dedicated unsubscribe page. For PDL-sourced leads, the same page detects their PDL origin and adds a link to opt-out from PDL.

    • Real-Time Vincere Unsubscribe Sync: Vincere contact unsubscribes (or re-subscribes), the change reflects in Outreach immediately. Subscription state stays consistent.

  3. Smarter Audience Building

Cherry-Pick Vincere Prospects in the Wizard

Step 3 now shows your Vincere matches as a review table, so you can see exactly who'll be in your campaign before activating it.

    • Per-Prospect Detail: Each row shows Work, Email, Email Subscribed status, Phone, Vincere Status, Skills, and when the prospect was last contacted.

    • Pick by Checkbox: Tick exactly who you want to include and leave the rest.

    Enhanced Audience Filters
Two new multi-select filters for Vincere audiences in Step 3, each with a dependent sub-level for sharper segmentation.

    • Industry & Sub-Industry: Pick multiple Industries, then narrow further by Sub-Industry.

    • Functional Expertise & Sub-Functional Expertise: Same pattern for the role function. Pick multiple at once, then refine by Sub-Functional Expertise.

  4. Duplicate Detection

Duplicates are flagged in two places: when you cherry-pick prospects in Step 3, and on the Campaign Details view as the campaign runs. So you don't accidentally contact the same person twice.

    • 4-Way Match: Email, LinkedIn profile, name + location + title, and name + company. Wider than email alone, so it catches cases that slip through.

    • Approve Duplicate Inline: Approve flagged matches directly from the row actions menu when you do want to proceed anyway.

    • Last Contacted At: See when a contact was last touched by another campaign before you add them to a new one.

  5. Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements

Cleaner Campaign Timing Setup: Step 4 (Campaign Timing) now takes fewer clicks to configure. A new Send 24/7 toggle skips manual day-by-day time window setup in a single click. Timezone settings stay visible and validated, so compliance windows still apply where needed.

Reliable Audience Data: Bulk imports now bring in every matching lead, no records missed. Saved Searches reload their exact saved filter values without bleeding between profiles. The Radius filter returns prospects within the specified distance. CSV/Excel merge tags now correctly map to uploaded data on Data Upload campaigns.

Email Send Stops When Mailbox Disconnects: Emails are now correctly blocked when the underlying Microsoft or Gmail integration is disconnected, preventing accidental sends through a broken connection.
