✨ What's New
Data Enrichment, Enabled in Minutes
The Agreement Lives With the Product
Prospect enrichment draws on a third-party data provider, and there is an agreement to accept before your team starts using it. That now happens inside Outreach. An admin opens it from Integrations, or straight from the prompt on Step 1 of the campaign wizard, agrees, and enrichment is live for everyone in the same sitting.
An Admin Signs Once: A company admin accepts on behalf of the company, and Outreach records who agreed and when, so the compliance answer is there when you need it.
What Happens If You Disconnect: Running campaigns keep going and leads already enriched stay exactly as they are. Anything not yet enriched waits for enrichment to come back rather than dropping into an error you have to clear up later.
Filter a Talent Pool or Distribution List by Industry
Narrow a Pool Without Rebuilding It
This one came from your feedback. Talent Pools and Distribution Lists tend to be built wide, and there are plenty of times when you want a narrower group from one: engineering leads in manufacturing, say, rather than everyone in the pool.
Now you pick the pool in campaign setup and filter it there, by industry and then by sub-industry when you want to go finer. The selection is saved with the campaign, so reopening the Target Audience step shows the audience you chose rather than the full pool again. Your pools in Vincere stay as they are, ready for the next campaign that needs a different slice.
Sending Preference for Every Campaign
You Decide Which Address Outreach Uses
Choose which address a campaign sends to. Pick "Send outreach to" Work or Personal, and Outreach starts you on the sensible default for your source: Personal for candidates, Work for contacts. Lock it to that route, or tick the box to allow the other address when the first one is missing. If you lock it and the address is not there, that lead is skipped and the campaign carries on for everyone else.
Save It Once: Keep your choice as the workspace default for that campaign type rather than setting it on every campaign.
See Why a Lead Was Skipped: Where a lead does not hold the address your rule asks for, the error names the address type that is missing rather than saying there is no email address at all, so you know exactly what to fix in the CRM.
Minor Improvements & Fixes
CRM Sync: The CRM tab is now CRM Sync, with plainer labels throughout and helper text under each setting. Primary email address only decides which address matches a lead to a record that already exists, since both are always written to your CRM, with an optional fallback to the other. ARCRM sync defaults have their own modal with entity tabs.
Activity Log: A new Enrichment tab shows each lead, the field enriched and what changed. Campaign completed and Lead completed events are recorded, and bounced, failed and skipped entries no longer appear alongside the link-opened and link-clicked filters.
