โœจ What's New

  1. Send From Your Own Mailbox

Your Emails, From Your Address, Building Your Reputation

Connect your own Google or Microsoft 365 mailbox and your campaign emails send straight from your address. Candidates get a real email from you, replies land in your inbox, and deliverability rides on your own domain rather than a shared pool.

    • Email That Reads as Real Outreach: emails come from your own name and address and sit in your Sent folder, so candidates see a genuine message from you, not from a shared sending service.

    • Protect Your Inbox: If your mailbox disconnects, active sequences pause and prompt a one-click reconnect, so you never burn your domain sending into a broken connection.

  2. Simpler Email Sequences

Branch on What Candidates Actually Do

Email sequences now branch on the signal that matters most: whether a candidate replied. Each path is clearer to build, and the No Response path waits 3 days by default before the next email, giving candidates room to respond.

  3. โ€‹Sharper Vincere Search

Find the Right People Faster, With Fewer Searches
Search has had a thorough sharpening this release, so you spend less time hunting and more time reaching out.

    • Search Contacts by Client Name: A dedicated Client Name field is now part of contact search, so you can target the people who work at a given company without a workaround.

      • Broader Name Matching: Name search now matches across more fields, so a partial or full name returns the people you expect.

    • Filter by Activity Type: A new Activity section in Basic Filters lets you narrow your audience by activity type and last activity date, with an Include or Exclude toggle to keep or remove people based on recent engagement.

  4. Clearer PDL Prospect Table

Read Your Search Results at a Glance

The prospect table in PDL people search is easier to scan and harder to misread.

    • Full Job Titles: Job titles now show in full instead of being cut off, so you can judge a prospect without hunting through extra columns.

    • Clear Email and Phone Hints: Email and Phone now show as labelled pills with a hover hint telling you whether the detail is available and that it is enriched when you create a campaign, so the icons no longer leave you guessing.

    • Plain-English Columns: Role columns are renamed to Job Classification and Seniority Level, with a note that these are auto-classified and that company name is the stronger signal.

  5. Minor Bug Fixes & Improvements

See Progress Against Your Goal at a Glance

Campaigns now carry a goal progress button next to the campaign action and a setup panel behind it. Define an objective and the measures that matter, number, money, percentage, or a free-text note, and the button fills as you update progress, all the way to Goals Met. The goal stays editable whether the campaign is active, paused, or ended.
    โ€‹
โ€‹Sort and Filter From Column Headers

Sort and filter controls now sit directly on the column headers across the Campaigns list, Campaign Detail contacts, Sequence Templates, and Content Templates. Click a column header to sort, or open its filter to narrow by values like Status, Owner, or Type. Filters combine across columns, and each filtered column shows a clear indicator so you always know what is applied.

    More Accurate AI Search

We keep sharpening how AI search interprets your prompts, so it builds a closer-matched audience from what you type.
