Run Campaigns Straight from Access Recruitment CRM

You can now connect it and use it as a campaign data source, just like Vincere. Search your ARCRM contacts and candidates, build your audience, launch.

See Every Campaign Action in One Place

The Analytics Overview tab now carries an Activity Log: everything your campaigns are doing, newest first. Emails and SMS sent, LinkedIn connections, phone calls, and completed campaigns. Get to it from Analytics in the navigation sidebar, or hit View All on the Dashboard's Recent Activity card.

"Client" is now "Contact"

Wherever the contact entity was previously labelled "Client", it now reads "Contact" across campaigns and sequences, matching Vincere terminology. This is a labelling change only; your data and campaigns are unaffected.

Faster Campaign Setup

The Campaign Wizard now asks for your audience before your sequence, matching how you actually plan a campaign: who first, then what. The sequence search also gains filters on owner and step-types so you can find the right template quickly.
