✨ What's New

Quick Start

Starting a campaign used to mean a blank screen and a string of decisions before a single message went out. The new Create page in the sidebar turns that into one guided run, from idea to a ready-to-edit draft:

  • Choose your starting point: pick a ready-made sequence from the template gallery (filter by audience or data source)

  • Preview the sequence and its content: your chosen template opens in the Sequence Builder with every step already in place, so you can read through the flow and the message content before you commit.

  • Create the campaign with a head start: click Create Campaign and the wizard opens with the title, description, and sequence already set. From there you just review, choose your target audience and timing, and launch.

Backing these are new library pages that hold the templates you pick from here and on Step 3 of the campaign wizard:

  • Sequence Templates: manage your own sequences in a sortable, filterable table (use, duplicate, or delete from the row), and copy any of our ready-made system sequences into your own with one click.

  • Content Library: do the same for individual message templates across your channels, with inline preview and editing, plus a read-only set of system content templates to copy.

Integration Status Check

See What Will Send Before You Go Ahead

There is nothing worse than a sequence that quietly goes nowhere because a mailbox or number was never connected. Campaign wizard now shows a status for each channel your sequence uses, so you can catch that before you launch. Each row tells you whether the channel is connected and who your messages will send as.

  • Email: a connected mailbox shows the sending account. If none is connected, the row flags it and offers a Connect Email action that opens Integrations without losing your place in the wizard.

  • SMS: a connected provider shows as "Sending via Twilio". If none is connected, the row offers a Connect SMS action, and you can connect now or after creating the campaign.

Minor Improvements & Fixes

Fresh Vincere data at campaign creation: a campaign created from a Vincere record now reflects the latest contact details, including any changes made in Vincere.

Reliable CRM sync from Data Upload: syncing Data Upload contacts to Vincere is far more dependable. It waits and retries when Vincere is busy, carries phone numbers and distribution lists across, and shows a clear reason on any contact that cannot sync.

Your whole list moves through the sequence: every lead you import into a Direct Mailbox campaign now enters the first step and runs through to the end, with accurate active and completed counts at each step.
