Using the Activity Log in Analytics Overview

The Analytics Overview tab includes an Activity Log showing every campaign action in real time. Learn how to access it, what it tracks, and how to filter it.

The Analytics Overview tab now includes an Activity Log — a live feed of everything your campaigns are doing, shown with the most recent actions first. It gives you a single place to see what is happening across all your campaigns without navigating into each one individually.


What the Activity Log tracks

  • Emails sent

  • SMS sent

  • LinkedIn connection requests

  • Phone calls

  • Completed campaigns


How to access the Activity Log

  1. Go to Analytics in the navigation sidebar.

  2. Open the Overview tab.

  3. Scroll down to find the Activity Log.

  4. Alternatively, click View All on the Recent Activity card on your Dashboard to jump directly to the full log.

Filtering the Activity Log

Use filters to narrow down the log to exactly what you need. You can filter by:

  • Owner

  • Campaign

  • Activity type

  • Created date

  • Email status

  • Contact or candidate name (search)

Filters stack, so you can combine multiple criteria at once. The date range can be extended all the way back through your campaign history — there is no limit on how far back you can look.

🤓 Tip: Use the owner filter combined with a date range to quickly review what a specific team member's campaigns have been doing over a given period.
