Connecting Access Recruitment CRM as a Campaign Data Source

Access Recruitment CRM (ARCRM) is now available as a campaign data source. Learn how to connect it and use your ARCRM contacts and candidates in Automate Outreach campaigns.

Access Recruitment CRM (ARCRM) is now available as a campaign data source in Automate Outreach. You can connect your ARCRM account, search your contacts and candidates, build an audience, and launch campaigns — in the same way you would with Vincere.


Connecting ARCRM

  1. Go to your integration or data source settings in Automate Outreach.

  2. Select Access Recruitment CRM from the available integrations.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to authorise the connection.

  4. Once connected, ARCRM will appear as a data source option when building a campaign.

Using ARCRM in a campaign

  1. Create a new campaign or open an existing one.

  2. When selecting a data source, choose Access Recruitment CRM.

  3. Search your ARCRM contacts and candidates using the available filters.

  4. Build your audience from the results.

  5. Attach a sequence and launch your campaign.


What you can do with ARCRM data

  • Search contacts and candidates stored in your ARCRM account.

  • Filter and segment your audience before adding them to a campaign.

  • Run the same multi-step outreach sequences available for Vincere audiences.

Your existing campaigns and data are not affected by enabling the ARCRM integration.
