Data enrichment automatically fills in missing prospect details using a third-party data provider, saving your team time and improving campaign targeting. Before your workspace can use enrichment, a company admin must accept the data provider agreement once â directly inside Automate Outreach.
How to Enable Data Enrichment
Only a company admin can complete this step. The agreement covers your entire workspace, so you only need to do this once.
Go to Integrations in Automate Outreach.
Locate the Data Enrichment section and open the agreement, or accept it directly from the prompt on Step 1 of the campaign wizard.
Review and accept the agreement on behalf of your company.
Enrichment is immediately active for all users in your workspace â no further setup required.
đ Note: Automate Outreach records the name of the admin who accepted the agreement and the date it was accepted, so you have a clear compliance record if you ever need it.
What Happens If Enrichment Is Disconnected
If enrichment is turned off or disconnected:
Campaigns already running will continue without interruption.
Leads that have already been enriched keep all their enriched data.
Leads not yet enriched are held and will be enriched once the connection is restored, they are not dropped or flagged as errors.
